Classes: In-person and online
Meditation is the very heart of Buddhist practice because it improves our mind. By meditating regularly our mind becomes more peaceful, we feel more centered and experience more well-being.
Classes are currently being offered both in person and online, in Cambridge, Back Bay and Newton.
Our Saturday morning meditation workshops and weekend retreats are an ideal way to gain a deeper experience of meditation and inner peace. Theyexamine a particular topic in greater depth than would be possible in a "drop-in" class.
These events are held in Cambridge and are open to everyone and are suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners. Everyone welcome!
In our modern busy lives it’s often difficult to find time and motivation to sustain our meditation practice and follow a spiritual path.
By joining the Foundation Program class you can go through a specific Dharma book in great detail, deepening your practical knowledge of the teachings.
This class takes places on Sundays from 3:30-5:30pm in Cambridge.
Everyone is welcome to attend any of our "drop-in" classes offered each week in Cambridge, Back Bay and Newton. It‘s in these classes that Buddha’s methods for cultivating deep inner peace and happiness are explored and practiced.
