Meditation in Boston.

Kadampa Meditation Center Boston offers a multitude of varied and inspiring classes that allow you to learn meditation, bring real meaning to your life and access the timeless wisdom of Buddha’s teachings.

Thanks to the extraordinary teachings of our founder, Buddhist meditation master, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, our teachers are trained following specially designed study programs and are dedicated to helping people find the peace of mind everyone is looking for.

KMC Boston is the sister-center of Serlingpa Meditation Center in New Bedford and we currently have joined together to provide online classes 6, sometimes 7 days a week. Meditation In Maine is a branch of KMC Boston, also streaming along with us, until we are all able to safely return to our physical locations.

Whether you have practiced meditation before or are brand new, you will find a range of classes and courses to choose from.

Everybody welcome!

Clear. Precious. Transformative. Modern.

Everyone is welcome!

Participate at any level and enjoy more inner peace, clarity and a good heart.
From simple meditation techniques to reduce stress and anxiety through in-depth study programs, you can practice scientifically proven methods for solving the problems of daily life that ultimately lead to true and lasting happiness.

TELL ME MORE

Livestream Classes and On-Demand

ONLINE MEDITATION CLASSES

Meditation is the very heart of Buddhist practice because it improves our mind. By meditating regularly our mind becomes more peaceful, we feel more centered and experience more well-being.

Our classes include guided meditations and explanations on how to apply various techniques. We encourage students to integrate meditation in their daily lives by practicing at home.

WEEKEND EVENTS

Our meditation courses and retreats are an ideal way to gain experience of meditation and inner peace. These weekend courses examine a particular topic in greater depth than would be possible in a "drop-in" class.

Our courses and retreats are open to everyone and are suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners. Everyone welcome!

STUDY PROGRAMS

In our modern busy lives it’s often difficult to find time and motivation to sustain our meditation practice and follow a spiritual path.

By joining one of the study programs we go over a specific Dharma book in great detail, deepening our practical knowledge of the teachings.

Learn more about our study programs and consider joining us for a free taster class.

Everyone is welcome to attend any of our "drop-in" classes offered each week at KMCB. It‘s in these classes that Buddha’s methods for cultivating deep inner peace and happiness are explored and practiced.
