The Four Noble Truths: A Spiritual Adventure
Saturday, September 7 | 10:00am - 12:30pm
Although an ancient spiritual path, the teachings Buddha gave are timeless and universally applicable. For centuries, people have found inspiration, calm and kindness towards others. In The Sutra of the Four Noble Truths, Buddha explains the spiritual path in a clear and simple manner: you should know sufferings, you should abandon origins, you should attain cessations, you should practice the path.
This meditation workshop will explore each of these four profound truths in a way that can inspire us to live more meaningful and dynamic lives.
Everyone is welcome. These classes are a great preparation for anyone considering joining the Foundation Program class on Sunday, September 8.
This class will be taught by our resident teacher, Gen Khedrub. You can read more about him on our Teachers page.
