Meditation in Natick

Spring 2026

Meditation & Stress Reduction:
Tuesdays, 7-8pm on June 2, 9 and 16

In recent years, we have witnessed remarkable material and technological progress, yet this has not been matched by a corresponding increase in human happiness or inner peace. Many of us still experience worry, anxiety, and uncertainty about the future.

In this three-week series, we will explore practical mindfulness methods, helpful ways of thinking, and guided meditations drawn from Buddha’s teachings. These classes are designed to help us become calmer, more resilient, and increasingly fearless in the face of adversity and life’s uncertainties.

Weekly topics:

June 2 – How to begin meditation

June 9 – The flexible mind of patience

June 16 – How to deepen your experience of meditation

Course Tuition: $60
