The essence of Highest Yoga Tantra meditation practice is to transform the experiences of death, the intermediate state and rebirth into the three bodies of a Buddha. This is accomplished through the power of correct imagination during the practice of generation stage and then accomplished in actuality through the practice of completion stage.

During this day retreat Gen Khedrub will offer teachings and guided meditations on the practice of Dakini Yoga that will enable you to build your confidence and experience in your practice of Highest Yoga Tantra.

Note: This class is only open to those who have received a Highest Yoga Tantra empowerment of Vajrayogini, and those who have the firm intention to attend the Highest Yoga Tantra empowerment this summer 2021 at KMC Manjushri during the Summer Festival.

TEACHER

Gen Kelsang Khedrub, Resident Teacher at KMC Boston, is a Western Buddhist monk. He has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism under Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s guidance for many years. His heartfelt teachings are presented with clarity and humor that make them accessible to everyone. Through his kindness, humility and deep understanding of Buddha’s teachings, Gen Khedrub provides an inspiring example of a contemporary Buddhist practitioner we can follow.

Gen Khedrub joins us after 13 years as Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Washingtonin Seattle and an additional 10 years as Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Chicago.
