Meditation works! And you can meditate, even if you feel life is busy, frustrating, or out of control. No matter how busy things may seem, you can become a life-long meditator through understanding how to meditate, why meditation works, and how you can make it fit into your life.
Through spending a little time learning how simple, accessible, and useful meditation is, you will see how it can fit perfectly even into the most complicated or challenging lifestyles. As a result, an experience of reduction in anxiety and discomfort, along with improved relationships and real happiness will arise.
Each class consists of 2 guided meditations and a short teaching, followed by a Q & A or group discussion. Enjoy a cup of tea and great conversation following class in our comfy community room. Everyone welcome!
