That’s what meditations on clarity of the mind are: one of the most straightforward, easy, and effective ways to reduce stress, anxiety, and mental tension and replace these experiences with positive patterns of thought and even bliss.
This four week series will give practical instructions on how to meditate on the nature of the mind, work with distractions, and discover this bliss that is inside each and every one of us.
