Healthy Mind, Happy Life

A “happy life” may seem cheesy or cliché, but it is possible, important, and attainable for everyone. Finding the real happiness that comes from peaceful, wise minds is just a matter of setting up sustainable, healthy mental patterns. This is the function and purpose of meditation and, in this meditation series, we will look at how to establish a handful of universally useful habits like becoming more loving, conscientious, and contented.
Each class consists of 2 guided meditations and a short teaching, followed by a Q & A or group discussion. Enjoy a cup of tea and great conversation following class in our comfy community room. Everyone welcome!
