“I’m not good enough” “I’m a bad person” “Why do I always fail?” “I don’t like myself.”
Phrases like these are all too common in our world and are the sign of a disconnection from the innate worth and value within each and every one of us.
Instead of feeling discouraged or down about who we are, we can embrace an incredibly positive, healthy view of oneself that arises naturally through Buddhist teachings on self-confidence and our Buddha nature. Through putting these teachings into practice, we will see that the possibility of improving ourselves and our mind is possible and this process is joyful!
Join us on a four-week investigation of how to discover authentic and joyful self-confidence particularly in relationship to finding inner peace through meditation.
