Transform Your Life,

One Thought at a Time

Tuesday | November 10 | 7 - 8:15pm

with Gen Kelsang Khedrub, resident teacher of KMC Boston

We need to find a middle way between the extremes of materialism and
spirituality. For the most part, we try to improve our quality of life
through external change. We have great expectations of a new job, a
new place to live, or a new partner. And then we notice that the same
old mental habits, perhaps anxiety, frustration, or fear of
confrontation, return yet again.

Buddhist meditation techniques offer us the opportunity to understand
and transform the thought patterns that determine the quality of our
life. Through sincerely practicing these methods we can finally break

the habits that are keeping us stuck and enjoy more freedom and
control over our life.

Western Buddhist monk Gen Khedrub will explain simple meditation
techniques and mindfulness practices that anyone can use to transform.

Everyone is welcome!
