We are living in stressful times. Sometimes the demands on us seem far greater than our ability to handle them. Now more than ever we need to find positive ways to cope with the challenges we face on a daily basis.
How can we find the sense of inner peace and calm that we yearn for even during stressful times?
You are invited to join us in this new series to learn how to move through difficulty with less distress. Through the practice of meditation you can learn to experience a deep inner peace that remains stable throughout life’s ups and downs.
You do not need to wear special clothes to meditate. Chairs are available for those not wishing to sit on cushions.
As each class is self-contained, feel free to drop-in to any class in the series. Everyone is welcome!
