Meditation is a time-tested method used to improve our mind and thereby transform our life and world. These meditations improve our mindfulness, helping us to subdue our distractions and be more present, in the moment, with a positive state of mind.
As each class is self-contained, feel free to drop-in to any class in the series. No need to bring anything or wear special clothing. No prior meditation experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!
