with Gen Demo, Resident Teacher of KMC Washington D.C

What does it mean to love someone? Can authentic love cause pain? How can we become aware of unspoken expectations? Caring about others is one of the most beautiful and meaningful things we can do. But it can get complicated. We can become possessive, jealous, insecure and hurt.

Gen Demo will share how to increase the power of our love in a way that only brings happiness and joy, by revealing three special types of love that can eradicate every suffering appearance we have. This is why it's worth building love in our heart to protect us from any trouble.

Through the teachings and meditations in this retreat you can find new approaches and develop new insights into your experience of caring about and loving others.

The course is suitable for everyone, including beginners. All sessions include teaching and time for contemplation. Everyone is welcome!
