Sunday Morning Meditations

Sundays | January 3 - March 14 |11am - 12:15pm

with Gen Kelsang Khedrub, Resident Teacher of KMC Boston

During these distressing times when we are experiencing a worldwide pandemic, discovering the freedom and joy that lies within our heart is exactly the medicine that we need.

This class will examine Buddha’s timeless observations and insights into our human condition. In these teachings you can find practical advice on how you can solve your daily problems of loneliness, stress and frustration. You can find the tools and the energy that you need to deal positively with any situation.

These classes are based on the book, The Mirror of Dharma With Additions. You can purchase a digital or paper copy HERE.

New to meditation? Try out the three guided breathing meditations contained within Meditations for Relaxation (MP3) available for download HERE.

Want to go deeper? Check out the Foundation Program for a systematic study of Buddha’s teachings that can provide you with a foundation for a strong daily practice.

$12 / free for members.
