Everyone is “stressed” these days, but we don’t have to be. By learning to see stress realistically and openly, we can see where it comes from, what exacerbates our experience it, and the various routes to reduce and abandon it!
A healthy mind is one of the most precious possessions and this inner wealth is infinitely valuable. Not only is our peace of mind important for ourselves, but it is vital for healthy relationships with others, like those who we live with, care for, work with, and see on a day-to-day basis. Instead of waiting for inner turmoil to resolve itself or for difficulties of life to just “get better”, each and every person can learn how to proactively work with stress in a gentle, but thorough way. This topic will give plenty of instruction on how to do this right here and right now!
