Awakening the Heart: a silent retreat
Immerse yourself in meditations that help us develop a good heart!
This two-day, beginner-friendly guided retreat within the busy city will give us an opportunity to improve our ability to meditate and attain a more tranquil, still state. On a retreat we quiet external activities so we can tap into the power and love that resides within each and everyone of us. We will emphasize silence within this retreat to help aid our training in meditation and opposing distractions.
If we want to have loving, harmonious relationships with others we need to learn how to maintain loving minds toward them and view them in a positive light. During this retreat Kadam Kyle will explain and guide meditations on love and compassion that help us to develop a good heart toward others.
This silent retreat is a special opportunity to immerse yourself in these meditations so that your mind becomes transformed into a peaceful, positive state.
