Making Peaceful Your New Normal

a morning respite

Join us for a 30-minute weekly dose of guided meditations and meditation tips for beginning your own practice at home.

Step into YOUR “New Normal” of peace and happiness. This class is perfect for busy people and beginner meditators, but is open to all.
