Meditation to develop Patience & deal with stress

Thursdays | January 28 - February 11 | 7 - 8pm

with Gen Kelsang Khedrub, resident teacher of KMC Boston

BOOK NOW

Meditation is a simple and powerful method to relax the mind, deal more effectively with stress, and develop insight into our habitual ways of thinking.

This class will explore the deeper meaning of being patient, as opposed to simply controlling our outward expression of frustration. Gen Khedrub, a Western Buddhist monk for over 25 years, will explain how anyone can begin a practice of meditation on their own and learn to improve their practice of patience.

This 3-week series is offered in partnership with Newton Community Education.

Please register directly on the Newton Community Education website.

Please note you need to register for the whole series.

Everyone is welcome!
