Being a Light In the Darkness
overcoming loneliness
Saturday | November 21 | 10:00a - 1:00p
with Resident Teacher of Serlingpa Meditation Center, Gerry Donovan
Loneliness is a universal human experience. We all, at one time or another, feel disconnected from others and the feeling of isolation as a consequence.
In this workshop Resident Teacher, Gerry Donovan will present Buddhist advice and guided meditations that lead to transforming our experience of loneliness into a profoundly meaningful experience of compassion and global connection.
Everyone is welcome!
