Becoming a Source of Peace for the World

A New Year Retreat

Saturday | January 2 | 10:00a - 1:00p

with Gen Kelsang Khedrub, resident teacher of KMC Boston

The start of a new year invites reflection on ways to create a more balanced life, and perhaps this year to create more connection and meaning in a busy but socially distanced world.

Buddha’s teachings are designed to lift our mind out of the ordinary, away from our materialistic and outwardly focused worries, and inspire satisfaction and joy through bringing about inner change.

In this short half-day retreat Gen Khedrub will share Buddhist ways of thinking and meditation practices that will give you the tools that you need to craft a life that is more relaxed, confident and joyful.

Each session will include a short teaching and then some guided meditation on how to access more peace within your mind and heart, and how to bring more peace into our troubled world.

Everyone is welcome!

This meditation retreat will be based on the book, How to Transform Your Life, which can be downloaded as a FREE e-book HERE.

You can also purchase a digital or paper copy HERE.
