Letting go of Anxiety

Saturday | November 14 | 9:30a - 12:30p (+ Q & A following)

with Gen Kelsang Khedrub, resident teacher of KMC Boston

We all suffer sometimes from feelings of fear and anxiety, or are simply overwhelmed by the stresses and demands of everyday life. We show a good face externally, but inside things can be challenging.

Buddhist monk, Gen Khedrub will share practical mindfulness methods, meditations, and ways of thinking derived from Buddha's timeless teachings.

Following this advice to the best of our ability will help us to let go of anxiety, become fearless in the face of adversity and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively.

The course is suitable for everyone, including beginners. Both sessions include teaching and time for contemplation. Everyone is welcome!
