A New Way of Seeing Yourself

Saturday | January 16 | 10:00a - 1:00p (+ Q & A following)

with Tiphaine Perrier, Buddhist teacher of KMC Boston

Maybe this year is time for us to change the way we perceive ourself?

Self-confidence is a state of mind that can be cultivated by exploring Buddha’s teachings on the mind. Through meditation, we can learn how to experience the pure and limitless nature of our mind.

This confidence, coming from our experience, naturally empowers us in all our activities. With this peaceful and grounding experience, we naturally let go of our inhibiting insecurities.

This insight gives us tremendous freedom to redefine who we are, and become the person we really want to be.

The course is suitable for everyone, including beginners. Both sessions include teaching and time for contemplation. Everyone is welcome!
