Many people suffer from feelings of fear and constant anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. In this day course we will explore mindfulness methods, meditations and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us to become fearless in the face of adversity.
This course is suitable both for beginners and those more experienced. It will consist of teachings, guided meditations and discussion with breaks in between sessions.
