Love - Free from suffering

Saturday | February 13 | 11:00a - 12:15p (w Q & A)

with Gen Kelsang Khedrub, resident teacher of KMC Boston

Emotional dependency. Miscommunication. Conflicts with our loved ones.

How can we become aware of unspoken expectations? How can we free ourselves from suffering?

In How to Transform Your Life, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso says "Love is the real inner protection against suffering".

The mind of love is THAT powerful. It can eradicate every suffering appearance we have. This is why it's worth building love in our heart to protect us from all that ails.

Explore how to increase the power of your love in a way that only brings happiness and joy. This course will offer new approaches and help you develop new insights into your experience of caring about and loving others.

$12, free for members. Everyone is welcome.

The course is suitable for everyone, including beginners. Both sessions include teaching and time for contemplation. Everyone is welcome!
