Say Goodbye to Loneliness & Depression

Saturday | February 13 | 11:00a - 12:15p

with Gen Kelsang Khedrub, Resident Teacher of KMC Boston

The global Covid pandemic has indeed taken a toll on us, with stories of loneliness, anxiety and depression now frequently appearing in the news. What tools do we have at our disposal to deal with the isolation, with the lack of human contact, with not being able to do the activities that we would like to do?

In this course, discover Buddha’s specific teachings to learn how to transform adverse conditions, so every challenging situation can become a source of authentic personal growth. By radically changing our mental attitude, we can learn how to unlock our potential for emotional freedom, and happiness.

The course is suitable for everyone, including beginners. Both sessions include teaching and time for contemplation. Everyone is welcome!
