LOVE. DESIRE. ATTACHMENT.
Knowing the difference makes all the difference. Learn how to make relationships (with friends, family, partners, and so on) fulfilling and beneficial through distinguishing between the joyful and positive mind of love, the experience of desire, and the painful, uncomfortable experience of attachment. Once we can differentiate between these different, inner states we will be able to grow love in our relationships and gradually remove and overcome the troublesome mind of attachment.
This class will be perfect for both the beginner and advanced meditators. No experience needed and everyone is welcome!
