Fortunately, you do not have to buy into this sort of thinking! By exploring some of the exquisite, novel, and healing avenues provided within meditation practice, you can discover how to reduce sadness, hopelessness, and prolonged negativity. Specifically, this course will help you:
- Experience the freedom of acknowledging you can change
- Understand where mental pain and unhappiness come from
- Learn simple methods for reducing and uprooting unhealthy, unhelpful mental habits
