How can we build and maintain a strong meditation practice amid our busy job? It is entirely possible! Meditation is an effective way to decrease stress, increase well-being, and help us become more creative, adaptive and solution-oriented in life.

In this series, we'll explore how to meditate and how to bring more intention into our everyday relationships at work. These practices will not only help us reduce habits of stress, they allow us to thrive joyfully and sustainably in our working lives — and be of real benefit to others.

About the teacher: Clare Morin has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism amid busy work environments for the past 17 years. Her practice began as a journalist and magazine editor in Hong Kong, and since moving to the U.S. in 2009, she has been integrating her meditation practice with her life as a content marketer for tech companies and financial services firms.
