The Stage of the Path: A Weekend Retreat with Gen Khedrub January 15-17

The stages of the path, or lamrim, is a beautiful condensation of all of the contemplations taught by Buddha. This retreat with Gen Khedrub will enable you to get a taste for the soothing power of authentic Buddhist meditations. Go beyond the breath into meditations on your mortality, on your potential for liberation, and on the seeds of universal love that lie within your mind. Each session will include both teaching and guided mediation, and there will be a Q&A in the last session of each day.
