March 19-21: An Online Retreat with International Teacher and Buddhist Monk Gen-la Khyenrab

Where does our happiness, confidence and freedom really come from? They come from within our own mind. Our imagination has the power to create our whole world. In particular, it is our mind of wisdom that brings us a feeling of being deeply relaxed, free from anxiety. There are many levels of wisdom that we can experience, from seeing more clearly what to prioritize or change in our life to seeing the ultimate nature of things, their emptiness or illusory nature.

In the Heart Sutra, Buddha said that there is no form other than emptiness. The meaning of these words is: Because the real nature of form is the emptiness of form, when we perceive form, in truth we perceive only the emptiness of form, but because of ignorance we cannot understand this.

During this weekend of teachings and meditation Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab will guide us to an understanding of these words of wisdom. If we put this advice into practice we can solve our daily problems of uncontrolled desire, anger and ignorance and make our human life meaningful.

Everyone is welcome to this special weekend of teachings and guided meditations with International Buddhist Teacher Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab.

Note. This event will delivered online. After registering you will receive viewing instructions. This weekend event will have a replay option for a full week.

Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab is an internationally renowned teacher and English Buddhist monk who is greatly admired for his powerful teachings as well as his pure example of humility and loving-kindness.

He is the New Kadampa Tradition National Spiritual Director for Canada and he has trained closely with Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over thirty-five years and holds the lineages of his blessings in his heart.
