The Art of Meditation: Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30pm with Gen Khedrub

The Back Bay class is now on summer break and will resume in September. The classes in Cambridge run all summer long, and are also available online.

How can we make our meditation more effective? And how can we effectively check if our meditation practice is really working in bringing about the change we wish for? This series is based on ancient wisdom on the art of meditation, on how to go beyond the breath into a wondrous journey of true inner transformation. It also covers a collection of simple and practical training that we can do during the day to keep a peaceful and positive mind.
