Taking and Giving: Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30pm with Gen Khedrub
The Back Bay classes are on now on winter break and will resume in 2023.
We each have an incredible power of imagination. But it can easily get stuck in cycles of worry or unhelpful loops. The ancient visualization practice known as Taking and Giving has been used for centuries to heal the mind and grow our ability to face life’s challenges with more poise, empathy and wisdom.
These meditation classes will explore the foundational practices of compassion and transforming adverse conditions, before moving into these sublime meditations of uniting our compassion and wisdom.
