Happiness from Within: Sundays at 11:00am with Gen Khedrub
One year into this world-wide pandemic we have experienced things we would have never imagined. And now we may soon be going back to some semblance of “normality”. But could we instead move forward into a new way of living rather than just returning to old ways?
This class will examine Buddha’s timeless observations and insights into our potential for lasting inner peace and happiness. In these teachings you can find practical advice on how you can solve your daily problems of loneliness, stress and frustration. You can find the tools and the energy that you need to deal positively with any situation.
