In today’s culture of social comparison, it's common to become excessively self-critical, which undermines self-confidence and causes feelings of confusion and discouragement. Listening to and believing in the inner critic wreaks untold havoc: it damages relationships, impairs the ability to make spiritual progress, and prevents the realization of your full human potential.
Buddha taught practical and inspiring techniques for letting go of these old patterns and ways of thinking. By applying these methods, you tap into the intelligence that recognizes your own limitless capacity for courage, kindness and wisdom.
Treat yourself to a morning meditation workshop with Gen Khedrub to learn how to access your innate confidence and a profound sense of well-being.
Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
