The Science of Happiness with International Teacher and Buddhist Monk Gen Rabten

What is the one thing that we all have in common? Everyone of us wishes to be happy, to be free from frustration, worry and inner conflict. But no matter how hard we try, a lasting happiness remains elusive. That job, that person, that place where we live - It delivers for a while, and then again we become restless, dissatisfied and the search continues, endlessly. Buddha taught a scientific approach to finding happiness from within our mind, by changing our attitude and posture towards how we live our life.

Let’s embark on a scientific exploration to transform the way we react to what happens in our life, and check experientially how the practical methods presented in this course lead to increasing joy, and inner peace.

Everyone is welcome to this weekend event of teachings and guided meditations with International Buddhist Teacher Gen Kelsang Rabten.
