Breaking Free from Loneliness – Friday, December 2 from 6:30 to 7:45pm
Have you ever found yourself trying to come up with strategies in order to avoid being alone? We are not going to change the fact that sometimes we actually are alone. What we are going to look at in this evening event is why we suffer from it.
It turns out feeling lonely has nothing to do with having people around us. Something else is going on. And we can do something about it.
During this evening event with Gen Khedrub we will explore some practical methods to empower ourself so the next time we are alone, we will have tools to apply, helping us to shift our experience of solitude, until we can, step by step, learn to transform the way we relate to it, and to ourself.
