Free Alternative New Year’s Eve Celebration: Candlelit Meditation 6:00-7:15pm
In the midst of the ongoing world-wide pandemic there are still things that we can celebrate: the resolutions that millions of people around the world make on this evening to live a better life in 2022.
This evening with Gen Khedrub will spotlight Buddha’s approach to training in inner peace and compassion. It will give you methods to unlock more empathy, connection and joy in a world that can sometimes seem so isolating. And it will conclude with some brief Buddhist prayers in conjunction with Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of Compassion.
With more peace in your mind you can bring more peace into your world.
FREE. Everyone is welcome!
