Meditations to Transform Your Life – Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30pm with Gen Khedrub

We need to find a middle way between the extremes of materialism and spirituality. For the most part, we try to improve our quality of life through external change. We have great expectations of a new job, a new place to live, or a new partner. And then we notice that the same old mental habits, perhaps anxiety, frustration, or fear of confrontation, return yet again.

Buddhist meditation techniques offer us the opportunity to understand and transform the thought patterns that determine the quality of our life. Through sincerely practicing these methods we can finally break the habits that are keeping us stuck and enjoy more freedom and control over our life.

Location: Church of the Covenant, 67 Newbury St. If you would like a class online, please visit our Wednesday 7pm class.
