Meditation & Stress Relief
Feeling pressured? Overwhelmed? Want to slow down? Quiet your mind? Join us for a special event with Buddhist Monk, Gen Khedrub, to:
- Learn a Buddhist approach to modern stress
- Practice a simple breathing meditation
- Ask questions in an open Q&A
We have made incredible technological and material progress in recent years. But are we losing the ability to cultivate a peaceful mind?
Buddha's teachings provide timeless tools to cope with the stresses of modern life. By practicing this ancient wisdom, we can bring about our potential for confidence, peace, and kindness.
Tuesday, March 21. 6:00-7:30pm.
Location: WCC; 3018 Classroom. A light dinner will be served after the talk and meditation. This event is only open to Harvard Law School Students.
Friday, March 24. 2:00-3:00pm.
Location: Longfellow 228. This event is open to all students - undergraduates and graduates - as well as faculty and staff.
Would you like to enjoy live guided meditations for your school or workplace too?
Email us at education@meditationinboston.org and we will be happy to discuss how we can best tailor our program to your wishes.
