Meditation at Work with Clare Morin

How can we build and maintain a strong meditation practice amid our busy job? It is entirely possible! Meditation is an effective way to decrease stress, increase well-being, and help us become more creative, adaptive and solution-oriented in life.


In celebration of May being Mental Health Awareness Month, we are offering this special retreat and meditation class series for those new to meditation, as well as those who wish to deepen their practice. We’ll explore how to increase our mindfulness and bring more intention into our everyday relationships at work. These practices will not only help us reduce habits of stress, they allow us to thrive joyfully and sustainably in our working lives — and be of real benefit to others.


An ONLINE 1/2 Day Retreat

Saturday, May 1st - 10AM - 1PM: Mindfulness Retreat

Unplug, unwind, and find your way back to your peaceful self. In this half-day retreat, we’ll turn off our iPhones, stop checking emails and relax into the space of our own mind. We’ll discuss the fundamentals of a meditation practice — and how to regularly access our natural source of peace and contentment within.

Followed by a Four Week Series

About the teacher: Clare Morin has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism amid busy work environments for the past 17 years. Her practice began as a journalist and magazine editor in Hong Kong, and since moving to the U.S. in 2009, she has been integrating her meditation practice with her life as a content marketer for tech companies and financial services firms.
