Medicine Buddha: Meditations for Healing – Saturday, October 14 from 10:00am to 12:30pm

Our mind has incredible power. It can create wondrous things and be guided by courage, kindness and wisdom. But our mind can also get gloomy, toxic, stuck, and we all know too well the impact that negative minds have on our body. When our mind is tight and in pain our body often follows and feels tight and in pain.

The practice of Medicine Buddha offers beautiful meditations, visualizations and mantra recitation for healing our mind and body, and for moving us into a space where we can be of more benefit to others, and even tap into an incredible potential to heal others as well as ourselves.

This meditation workshop is perfect for those who are new to Medicine Buddha practice as well as more experienced practitioners interested in deepening their practice of the healing meditation associated with Medicine Buddha. Everyone is welcome.

Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available, please email us at education@meditationinboston.org
