Life changing meditations: Advice from Atisha’s Heart Saturday, February 26 from 10am to 12:30pm with Gen Khedrub

Discover ancient wisdom that has stood the test of time. Though it was composed centuries ago, the famous Buddhist scripture Advice from Atisha’s Heart is full of immensely practical advice to help us deal with the challenges of modern living and transform our life into an authentic path of inner development

On this course, Gen Khedrub will introduce a collection powerful meditations based on this text that we can use to solve the problems of daily life and truly improve the quality and direction of our life. This event will include teaching, meditation and time for Q&A.

In person or online. This class will be delivered in-person at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. at the Portland New Church at 302 Stevens Avenue. And it will be delivered online via Zoom. After registering you will receive instructions on how to join in the sessions online.

Gen Kelsang Khedrub is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston. He has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for almost 30 years. Gen Khedrub has served as a Resident Teacher in Chicago and in Seattle, and over the years he has taught special events and led meditation retreats around the country. His heartfelt teachings are presented with clarity and humor that make them accessible to everyone. Through his humility and deep understanding of Buddha’s teachings, Gen Khedrub provides an inspiring example of a contemporary Buddhist practitioner we can follow.
