Learn to Meditate – Saturday, March 19 from 10am to 12:30pm
Do you keep hearing about all the benefits of meditation, but wonder where to start? Or maybe you just want some pointers for improving your practice. This workshop is designed to help you learn all the essentials of meditation, like how sit when you want to practice some meditation, what time of day to meditate (hint: anytime!) and how to structure a meditation session. It will offer you a variety of tips to help settle the mind, so you can gradually improve your meditation practice and create more and more inner peace.
This event with Gen Khedrub will include two sessions of teaching and guided meditation, plus a Q&A at the end. Everyone is welcome.
In person or online. This class will be delivered in-person and online via a Zoom webinar. Kadampa Meditation Center Boston is located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. After registering you will receive instructions on how to join in the sessions online.
