Inspiring Solutions for Difficult Times: Tuesdays 7:00-8:15pm with Gen Khedrub
Within each of us there is an extraordinary potential for inner peace, deep joy, lasting freedom and even enlightenment. Realizing this potential comes from not only training our own mind, but from awakening a connection and kindness towards others. This series will look at Buddha’s famous teachings on equalizing and exchanging self with others. Through contemplating and meditating on these vital teachings you can find more peace within, and you can bring more peace into the world.
