How to Transform Your Mind – Wednesdays from 7:00 to 8:15pm with Gen Khedrub
Our mind has limitless potential. But we can easily find ourself stuck in repetitive ways of thinking and behaving. Buddha taught many gentle methods to help us transform our mind and to break free from old habits. Buddha also taught ways to stabilize more realistic, constructive and positive views, intentions and actions. It all starts with understanding and transforming our own mind. And we can do it!
This Wednesday evening meditation class will take a practical look at Buddha’s teachings on the nature and function of our mind. Everyone is welcome. Each week will include:
- guided breathing meditation
- a short teaching on how to access more inner calm and kindness
- a concluding contemplative time
- Q&A time with Gen Khedrub
June 7 - How to make our mind and actions powerful
June 14 - Find strength from within
