Whether it’s a temporary falling out with a loved one, or a long term break down in a relationship, learn how meditation and improving our mindfulness can help us heal our relationships. We all have an innate potential to live with greater love, acceptance and empathy than we may believe at present.
Buddha’s teachings offer many approaches to how we can all cultivate this potential, by letting go of feelings of hurt, anger or resentment and find a deeper peace and joy in our life and relationships.
This workshop will include guided meditations, teachings and time for Q&A. Everyone is welcome.
Location: This event will be held at the Portland New Church, 302 Stevens Ave.
