Feeling pressured? Overwhelmed? Want to slow down? Quiet your mind?

Join us for a talk with Buddhist Monk, Gen Khedrub, to:

  • Learn a Buddhist approach to modern stress
  • Practice a simple breathing meditation
  • Ask questions in an open Q&A

We have made incredible technological and material progress in recent years. But are we losing the ability to cultivate a peaceful mind?

Buddha's teachings provide timeless tools to cope with the stresses of modern life. By practicing this ancient wisdom, we can bring about our potential for confidence, peace, and kindness.

Tuesday, October 25. 4-5pm. Location: Gutman Conference Center 1.

Tuesday, November 8. 4-5pm. Location: Lehman Hall

Tuesday, December 6. 5-6pm. Location: Harvard Law School, 585 Massachusetts avenue, Room 3016.

Gen Kelsang Khedrub has been a Buddhist Monk and meditation teacher for almost 30 years, practicing under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. He is a Harvard alumnus (AB class of ’92). He has taught Buddhism and meditation across the country and regularly gives special events at universities and corporate settings.
