Free Talk: Making Resolutions Stick Wednesday, January 5 from 7:00-8:15pm
At the turn of each calendar year millions of people around the world make positive resolutions on different ways they wish to improve in the coming year. This is such a wonderful thing. During this free public talk Gen Khedrub will share some of Buddha's advice on how you can better keep these resolutions and bring about real change. This event will be offered both in person and online. Everyone is welcome.

If you wish you boost your at-home practice, consider also signing up for a drop-in class or series of classes - Tuesdays at 6:30pm, Wednesdays at 7pm or Sundays at 11am. If you are joining in from Maine, check out the Saturday class at 10am.
Gen Kelsang Khedrub is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston. He has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for almost 30 years. Gen Khedrub has served as a Resident Teacher in Chicago and in Seattle, and over the years he has taught special events and led meditation retreats around the country. His heartfelt teachings are presented with clarity and humor that make them accessible to everyone. Through his humility and deep understanding of Buddha’s teachings, Gen Khedrub provides an inspiring example of a contemporary Buddhist practitioner we can follow.
