In this free Friday night public talk Gen Norden will explain how you can gain the power to free yourself from these negative emotions and instead, tap into your natural capacity for happiness and joy.

Gen Kelsang Norden is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Georgia, in Atlanta. She has been a student and disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 30 years and has taught extensively around the USA. We are delighted to have her visit and teach at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston this weekend.
