Finding Joy in our Practice – Saturday, July 22 from 10:00am to 12:30pm
Join us for an uplifting opportunity to discover the joy and deepen our practice. In this workshop we will delve into the profound connection between practicing moral discipline and experiencing true happiness. Contrary to common misconceptions, moral discipline isn't a burdensome task but a source of genuine joy.
Contemplating Buddha's teachings and practical examples, we will explore the innate connection between compassion and joy. By aligning our actions with a beneficial intention and actively seeking ways to benefit others, we not only contribute to a more harmonious world but also experience a profound sense of fulfillment and joy within ourselves.
Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available, please email us at education@meditationinboston.org
