Change Your Mind, Change Your World: A New Year’s Day Retreat with Gen Khedrub
Within your mind lies incredible potential, to be more confident, more relaxed, more balanced. But it takes a little time and skill to learn how to slow down and tap into that potential. This New Year’s Day retreat with Gen Khedrub will give you the tools that you need to build a personal meditation practice that works for you. Each session will include teaching, meditation and time for Q&A.
You can join in any one of the three sessions this day, or give yourself a day retreat. In person or online. Everyone is welcome.

In person or online. This class will be delivered in-person and online via a Zoom webinar. Kadampa Meditation Center Boston is located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. After registering you will receive instructions on how to join in the sessions online.
Gen Kelsang Khedrub is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston. He has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for almost 30 years. Gen Khedrub has served as a Resident Teacher in Chicago and in Seattle, and over the years he has taught special events and led meditation retreats around the country. His heartfelt teachings are presented with clarity and humor that make them accessible to everyone. Through his humility and deep understanding of Buddha’s teachings, Gen Khedrub provides an inspiring example of a contemporary Buddhist practitioner we can follow.
