Within your mind lies incredible potential, to be more confident, more relaxed, more balanced. But it takes a little time and skill to learn how to slow down and tap into that potential. This New Year’s Day retreat with Gen Khedrub will give you the tools that you need to build a personal meditation practice that works for you. Each session will include teaching, meditation and time for Q&A.
You can join in any one of the three sessions this day, or give yourself a day retreat. In person or online. Everyone is welcome.
