An Ocean of Wisdom: Meditations for Living – Saturday, May 13 from 10:30am to 4:00pm

In this modern age, we have more access to information than ever before and have made remarkable material and technological progress. But have these advancements led to more wisdom or peace, or made human life more meaningful?

The teachings on kindness, wisdom and patience that Buddha gave over 2,500 years ago still address the human condition today. During this day retreat, visiting Teacher Gen Kelsang Norbu will show us how a meditative experience of Buddha’s teachings on karma and on the ultimate nature of reality can enable us to bring more peace into our own mind and more peace and happiness into our world. Everyone is welcome.
