Join Buddhist monk, Kelsang Samatha, who will guide you in techniques that progress through the stages of an effective meditation.
We’ll explore the skills that are necessary to confidently and joyfully create a rewarding meditation practice. Through practice you can learn to create an inner space and clarity that enables you to control and calm your mind regardless of the external circumstances.
This is a new class in Newton, in partnership with Newton Community Education at Newton South High School. (see below for more info and directions) Each class will consist of a short talk and two guided meditations, with time for questions during or following.
