What would it feel like to have a brave, stable, and contented attitude in life, even in the face of adversity? Buddhist meditation and teachings provide the essential tools for maintaining mental equilibrium.
In particular, through gradually gaining confidence that we can find happiness from within as opposed to from external things, anxiety, stress, and worry can be shed. When these experiences do occur, we also will have the strength of mind to not be afraid, but to engage in trained, measured, and effective mental responses. Finally, our fearlessness can radiate to others and inspire others in our life!
